1. Bookings and Payments
When you make a booking, you can choose to pay in full or via instalments. If you choose to pay a deposit, this deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance must be paid in full within the timeframe specified for the relevant Wkndr.
What happens if I do not pay the full amount in time?
If we do not receive the balance in full and on time, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled by you. In such cases, a £50 cancellation charge will apply in addition to the non-refundable deposit already paid.
I entered my details incorrectly – what should I do?
Please check that all booking details are correct at the time of booking. If you need to amend your order, contact us immediately by email at hello@socawkndr.com. An administration fee of £25 will apply for each amendment.
2. Discounts and Loyalty Schemes
Where applicable, loyalty discounts may be applied towards payment for a future Wkndr. All discount offers expire 12 months after the date of issue. Soca Wkndr reserves the right to amend or withdraw any discount offer at any time and without prior notice.
3. Pricing
Prices displayed on our website and social media channels are subject to change at any time before a booking is confirmed. If you view a price but do not book at that time, we cannot guarantee that the same price will be available later.
In rare cases where pricing errors occur (including after confirmation), we reserve the right to correct or cancel affected bookings. If we cancel your booking, we will refund all monies paid. Alternatively, you may reinstate the booking by paying the correct price within the timeframe we specify.
4. Group Bookings
If one or more individuals from a group booking cancel, the amount paid for their ticket(s) will be forfeited unless ticket refund protection was purchased. All deposits remain non-refundable. Amendments to group bookings are subject to a £25 administration fee per amendment.
5. Cancellations and Amendments by You
We understand that plans can change. Please notify us by email at hello@socawkndr.com as soon as possible.
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- Amendments to a booking will incur a £25 administration fee per change.
- If you cancel without ticket refund protection, all monies paid to date will be forfeited.
- If you purchased ticket refund protection, submit a claim via refunds@ticketplangroup.com in line with the provider’s policy.
- Ticket refund insurance must be added at the time of booking and cannot be added later.
If you received a discount at the time of booking, cancelling your Wkndr forfeits the use of that discount for future bookings.
6. Non-Attendance
- No refund will be issued.
- All monies paid will be forfeited.
- If ticket refund protection was purchased, please refer to your insurance provider for claim procedures.
7. Changes or Cancellations by Soca Wkndr
We make every effort to avoid changes or cancellations. However, we reserve the right to make minor changes without liability and to cancel or make significant changes in exceptional circumstances.
If we cancel your booking: you will be offered either (a) a full refund (processing times may exceed 10 working days) or (b) an automatic ticket rollover to the rescheduled Wkndr date. Ticket rollovers apply only to the same destination and cannot be transferred to a different Wkndr location. If you do not request a refund, a rollover will automatically be applied and you will be notified for confirmation.
Significant changes include: change of Wkndr location or change of Wkndr dates.
Minor changes include: a change of venue of similar standard, a theme change (with at least 24 hours’ notice), or a party time change less than 3 hours.
8. Behaviour and Conduct
We expect all attendees to behave respectfully and responsibly. If, in our reasonable opinion, your behaviour causes or is likely to cause danger, distress, or annoyance to others or damage to property, we may refuse entry or remove you from an event, cancel your remaining bookings, and refuse refunds for any events already paid for. You must compensate us for any expenses incurred due to your behaviour.
If your previous behaviour at a Wkndr was unacceptable, we reserve the right to refuse future bookings. In this case, you will receive a full refund for any payments made before refusal.
9. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable or responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms caused by events beyond our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”).
Force Majeure Events include, but are not limited to: acts of God (such as hurricanes, earthquakes, floods, fires, or storms); war, terrorism, civil commotion, or acts of public disorder; strikes, industrial disputes, or labour shortages; epidemics, pandemics, or government-imposed restrictions; and failure of transport, utilities, or communication systems.
If a Force Majeure Event occurs, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible, take reasonable steps to mitigate the impact, and offer either a ticket rollover to a rescheduled event or a refund (less any non-recoverable costs already incurred). We are not liable for additional expenses, losses, or damages arising from a Force Majeure Event.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall be limited to the amount paid for your booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including travel, accommodation, or other incidental costs, unless caused by our negligence. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
11. Data Protection
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and our Privacy Policy. We will only use your information for legitimate business purposes relating to your booking or participation in a Wkndr event.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
