How can I pay for the\u00a0Wkndr<\/span>?<\/u><\/strong><\/h3>\n
When you make a booking, you can choose to pay in full or in instalments. If you choose to pay a deposit (which is non-refundable), the remaining balance must be paid in full within the timeframe specified according\u00a0to the\u00a0Wkndr<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0booked.<\/div>\n

What happens if I do not pay the full amount in time?<\/u><\/strong><\/h3>\n
If we do not receive the balance in full and on time, we reserve the right to treat your booking as being cancelled by you, in which case, we will levy a cancellation charge of \u00a350 in addition to the non-refundable deposit paid.<\/div>\n

I have entered my details incorrectly, what should I do?<\/u><\/strong><\/h3>\n
You should check carefully that all booking\u00a0details are correct at the time of booking. If you need to make any amendments to your order, please contact us immediately via email. Please note that any amendments will incur\u00a0a \u00a325 admin fee.<\/div>\n

I have earned a loyalty discount, how do I use this?<\/u><\/strong><\/h3>\n
Where relevant, you can use your discount towards the payment of any\u00a0Wkndr<\/span>. All discount offers will automatically expire if not used within\u00a012months of issue.\u00a0Soca<\/span>\u00a0Wkndr<\/span>\u00a0reserves the right to alter and\/or remove the applicable discount offer at any time in its sole and absolute discretion without any prior notice or explanation.<\/div>\n

I cannot afford to pay for the\u00a0Wkndr<\/span>\u00a0now, can I pay later at the same price currently advertised?<\/u><\/strong><\/h3>\n
If you view a price for one of our\u00a0Wkndrs<\/span>\u00a0but do not book it at the time, we reserve the right to increase or decrease the price at any time before you book. Whilst we endeavour to ensure that the correct prices are displayed on our website and\/or promoted via our social media channels, on rare occasions (including where we have confirmed your booking), we reserve the right to amend and\/or cancel the booking. If we do cancel the booking, we will notify you and return all monies paid. Alternatively, you may request to reinstate the original booking by paying the correct price within the same time period indicated by us.<\/div>\n

I booked in a group, but one person or more wishes to cancel. How is this organised?<\/u><\/strong><\/h3>\n
If an individual wishes to cancel from a group booking, but not the entire party, the charges for each individual cancellation will be calculated on the basis of individual cancellation fees applicable to the particular component(s) being cancelled (if any) or otherwise, calculated amendment fees will apply. All deposits are non-refundable.<\/div>\n

I booked a\u00a0Wkndr<\/span>\u00a0but can no longer attend. What are my cancellation options?<\/u><\/strong><\/h3>\n
We understand and appreciate that there will be times when you need to amend (or cancel) your booking with\u00a0us. Get in touch as soon as possible, as cancellation and amendment charges can increase the closer we get to the\u00a0Wkndr<\/span>\u00a0in question. If you need to change the details on or cancel your booking, please contact us via email (hello@socawkndr.com<\/a>). Please note that any amendments will incur\u00a0a \u00a325 admin fee and all deposits are non-refundable.<\/div>\n

For cancellations by you, we will levy a cancellation charge. If you received and used a discount when booking your\u00a0Wkndr<\/span>, then by cancelling, you will forfeit the discount use for future\u00a0Wkndrs<\/span>.<\/div>\n

Charges for amendments or cancellations are calculated from the date we receive your request or notification.<\/div>\n

If you cancel:<\/div>\n
\u00a0– more than 28days before 00:00 on the first event day: all monies refunded (less deposit, which is non-refundable)<\/div>\n
– more than 72 hours and up to 28days before 00:00 on the first event day: loss of 60% of the total package price (less deposit, which is non-refundable)<\/div>\n
– less than 72 hours before 00:00 on the first event day: no refund due<\/div>\n

Why is there a cancellation charge and how is this applied to my booking?<\/u><\/strong><\/h3>\n
Cancellation penalties are levied by us in order to cover the charges we incur from our suppliers and our administrative costs and become payable immediately.<\/div>\n

I booked my\u00a0Wkndr<\/span>, did not cancel in advance but was not able to attend, what are my options?<\/u><\/strong><\/h3>\n
At 00:00 on the day of the first event, no refund will be made on any packages purchased but not redeemed. All monies paid to date will be forfeited without notice.<\/div>\n

Soca<\/span>\u00a0Wkndr<\/span> have changed or cancelled the event. What are my options?<\/u><\/strong><\/h3>\n
It is unlikely that we will have to change or cancel your booking\/an event\/the\u00a0Wkndr<\/span>. IF we do make changes, then we will inform the person who made the booking as soon as we reasonably can. We reserve the right to make changes that are not significant and to correct minor or obvious errors in your booking details at any time without liability to you.<\/div>\n

We will take reasonable steps to avoid having to cancel your booking\/an event\/the\u00a0Wkndr<\/span>. In the unlikely event that we are to cancel your booking, we will notify you and provide a full refund.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
We are only liable to you for cancellations or significant changes to your booking\/an event\/the\u00a0Wkndr<\/span>. A significant change is one that we make that affects an essential term previously advertised prior to booking. Examples of a significant change includes (but is not limited to):<\/div>\n
\u00a0– the\u00a0Wkndr<\/span>\u00a0location<\/div>\n
– the\u00a0Wkndr<\/span>\u00a0dates<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Please note that the following is not a significant change:<\/div>\n
\u00a0– a change of party venue, where the quality of the venue has not changed significantly<\/div>\n
\u00a0– a change of theme, where notification has been published at least 24hrs in advance<\/div>\n
– a change of party start\/end time, where the revised time is less than 3 hours different to the original advertisement<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
I did not behave myself on a previous\u00a0Wkndr<\/span>, can I have a second chance?<\/div>\n
If, in our reasonable opinion, you are behaving in a way which will cause or is likely to cause danger or distress or annoyance to others or damage to property, we may refuse your entry into any remaining events that have already been paid for in advance. If this happens, we will not pay you anything and you will not be entitled to any refund (both in part or full). If we incur expense as a result of your behaviour, you shall fully compensate us for that expense.<\/div>\n

If, due to your behaviour on a previous\u00a0Wkndr<\/span>, your booking is not accepted by us, we will contact you and issue a full refund. You may also be blocked from future\u00a0Soca<\/span>\u00a0Wkndr<\/span>\u00a0events.<\/div>\n
